+Compilations

A financial statement compilation is a service to assist the management of a business in presenting its financial statements. This presentation involves no activities to obtain any assurance that there are no material modifications needed for the financial statements to be in conformity with GAAP. In short, compilation activities are not designed to provide any assurance regarding the information contained within the financial statements. A financial statement compilation is the least expensive of the various forms of firm services.
+Audit and Review Services

We can assist your organization with its annual audit or review services. An audit is a more indepth examination that provides you with an opinion and reasonable assurance about whether your financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review will generally cost less, but only provides limited assurance that we are not aware of any adjustments needed to the financial statements to conform to reporting standards.
+Government Audit Standards

Government auditing standards are used to conduct financial audits and performance audits of government entities and other entities that receive government awards. In addition to the regular auditing standards, a GAS audit requires the auditor to undertake additional procedures to ensure that the audited entity complies with the provisions of laws, contracts, and grant agreements that could have a material effect on the financial statements.
+Single Audits

Non-federal entities that expend more than $750,000 in a fiscal year are subject to a Single Audit. The requirements for a Single Audit are contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, also known as the Uniform Guidance. In addition to the GAS requirements, a Single Audit involves testing of major programs for compliance and internal controls over compliance.
